We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Punch Press Supervisor to join our team.

The Punch Press Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our punch press operations, including stamping, forming, and managing press operators. This role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on improving productivity, efficiency, and quality of operations.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for day-to-day direction for the punch press department, including press operators, inspection personnel and truckers.
The position will lead to improvement initiatives, such as cost reductions, inventory controls, and other needs of operations.
Will also support, assign resources, and have a broad knowledge of punch press technology.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in leadership or supervisory role
Demonstrated experience with stamping, forming, and drawing in a punch press department
