SHIFT: Monday-Friday (6:30AM-3:00PM)


SALARY: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour


ROLE SUMMARY:

An Elysian Pub Truck Driver/Warehouse Technician has the primary responsibility of delivering finished goods, inventory transfer requests, and dunnage to support production out of our pub breweries. This role is also responsible for supporting operations at our Airport Way facility through regular runs to recycling, vendors for materials or raw ingredients, and other assigned duties. When this role is not utilizing the pub truck to support operations, they will be supporting our warehouse operations by operating a forklift in our warehouse and cold box organizing, staging, loading, and unloading goods from racks or trailers. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Lead at Airport Way and falls under the supervision of the Operations Manager.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow all safety guidelines and policies and assist in improving safety culture

  • Use forklifts and pallet jacks to transport full goods and raw materials throughout the brewery

  • Work with the warehouse lead to manage raw material stocks and support with cycle counting

  • Load and unload trucks at dock

  • Arrange and stage finished-goods-loads for outbound orders

  • Pick up and deliver materials to and from pub locations

  • Pick up and deliver materials to offsite storage

  • Maintain a clean work environment via Master Cleaning Procedures

  • Able to properly identify and prevent miss-shipments

  • Work with other departments to schedule and plan truck deliveries and pick-ups

  • Following FIFO, food safety, and quality procedures within the brewery

  • Assisting with routine warehouse cleaning and maintenance tasks

  • All other tasks or duties assigned


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 1+ years forklift driving experience preferred

  • Experience with inventory management preferred

  • Preferred experience driving non-CDL Box Truck

  • Must have a safe driving record

  • Willingness to work flexible schedules

  • Must be comfortable with sitting/standing for long periods of time; getting on and off forklifts multiple times an hour; and transitioning from cold to warm environments throughout the day

  • Must be able to push/pull pallet jack with full load

  • Able to work under general supervision with detailed instructions

  • Able to self-start and prioritize many tasks
