TITLE: Physical Therapist

What we are looking for:
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Minimum of 1 year previous experience
Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Iowa
Hours and compensation:
This is a full-time position
Salary range: $85,000 - $95,000

Your responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' conditions, develop treatment plans, and support their progress on a daily basis
Provide instructions to nursing staff and patients' families on follow-through programs
Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements
Instruct and support patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, including equipment
Participate in presentations to support marketing efforts, team conferences, and in-services
Additional information:
Facility has over 200 beds and you will report to the Program Director
