PT Home Health

• Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an approved program according to Medicare guidelines.

Preferred:

• Home Health experience.

• One (1) year experience as a Physical Therapist.
