We are currently seeking a fully licensed therapist/clinician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health, possess strong clinical skills, and be committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and ASAM assessments to determine treatment needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in case staffing and contribute to treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with organizational policies.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention services as required.
- Stay informed about current best practices and advancements in the field of mental health.
Qualifications - Master's degree in mental health related field from an accredited program.
- Current and unrestricted licensure in the state of Utah.
- Experience working in outpatient community-based mental health, addiction treatment, and/or domestic violence settings.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
- MRT Certified and DV Certified a plus but not required.
