The Jackson Mississippi VA is seeking a qualified and passionate Psychologist Program Manager to lead our dynamic mental health team. The Addictive Disorders Treatment Program (ADTP) consists of 17 beds and consistently runs above 85% capacity. Services are provided to over 220 unique Veterans per year and involve coordination with an off-site contract facility for the provision of lodging, meals, transportation, and weekend clinical activities to address complex co-occurring clinical and psychosocial needs.

- Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
- Education Debt Repayment Program: Authorized up to $200,000 for one to five years.
- Salary range: $143,868 - $187,024
- Develop and implement comprehensive mental health programs to support veterans.
- Oversee and guide a team of skilled psychologists to provide top-tier mental health services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.
- Conduct program evaluations and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a psychologist.
- Proven leadership experience in mental health program management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
