We are one of the largest psychiatric practice north of San Francisco. x000D x000D Duties/Requirements: x000D x000D Perform psychiatric diagnosis, treatment interpretations and recommendations x000D Provide effective treatment; formulate, implement and evaluate treatment plans x000D Maintain confidentiality of information in accordance with applicable laws x000D Prepare and maintain clear, concise and comprehensive records, reports and correspondence x000D Adhere to Medicare Standard level of care and documentation for Billing and Coding x000D Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. x000D x000D Hospital Information: x000D x000D Average patient load per day is between 12-15 x000D Adult population (Child Psychiatrist will see Adolescent and Adult population) x000D 70 bed hospital with an average length stay of 3 days x000D Hospital has inpatient and intensive outpatient program x000D x000D Requirements: x000D x000D Board certified or eligible x000D Completion of a residency training program in Psychiatry that provides good standing and approved by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology x000D Valid DEA Certificate x000D Current California license with no prior history of Board action in any other state x000D Comfortable with Dictation System and writing daily, currently no EMR in place. x000D x000D Benefits: x000D x000D Health insurance including dental & vision x000D 401K Retirement Plan (up to 4% match) x000D Annual Optional Profit-Sharing Retirement Contribution (Additional 1-3%) x000D DEA Certification and License Reimbursement x000D Paid time off per year x000D Malpractice Insurance Coverage x000D Mandatory Weeknight on call from home (alt weeks schedule) x000D $5,000 Sign on bonus (after 30 days of employment) x000D $5,000 relocation bonus or attorney fees (after 30 days of employment) x000D $1500 CME Activity Reimbursement x000D On Call Reimbursement ($3000/weekend call, 1 weekend/month) x000D Free daily cafeteria meal from Hospital x000D x000D x000D x000D
