We are seeking multiple dedicated psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) to join our healthcare team in Chicago. The ideal candidates will have a passion for mental health care and providing comprehensive psychiatric services to patients in skilled nursing facilities. The locations are in Sterling, Peru, and Mt. Carroll, IL.

Responsibilities:
•  Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
•  Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders
•  Prescribe and manage medications
•  Provide therapy and counseling to individuals and groups (as needed)
•  Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
•  Educate patients and their families on mental health issues and treatment options Join a team that provides psychiatry services to geriatric and adult patients. You will be a part of an integrated team with a primary care physician and nurse practitioner, and psychologist or LPC.
