COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS C & A Psychiatry (PSY)

BASE: $320K Per years experience - NO STATE TAX - keep more off the top.

Relocation - $30,000 +

Sign on bonus - 15% of base salary - NEGOTIABLE

Retention bonus 10% of annual salary at 2 year mark

Student Loan Repayment: Yes several

Guaranteed yearly Base Increase up to 5%

PTO: 400 hour carry over/or cash payout of not used 2X's yearly/Time off increases with tenure

PLUS: 13 Paid holidays

CME: Paid + Time Off

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS C & A Psychiatry (PSY)

50% Adult/50% Child

2-hour for child

1.5-hours for adults

4- or 5-day work week your choice.

Patients Per Day: 14-(8-hour day) 18-(10-hour Day)

Board Certified or Fellowed in C & A
