MindCare Solutions is a leading provider of round-the-clocktelepsychiatryand in-person behavioral health that provides services to hospitals, emergency departments and a variety of other care settings. We partner with healthcare organizations to deliver best-in-class, end-to-end behavioral health solutions that combine evidence-based care pathways, advanced technology, and high-quality providers. We are searching for a BC/BE Psychiatrist licensed (or willing to be licensed) in UT, ID, AK, MT.

Compensation: $300,000 per year plus bonus opportunity

Position Summary:
•   Psychiatrist will see about 1-2 patient encounters per hour
•  Psychiatrist position will consist of telepsychiatry for PHP and IOP in ID, and/or UT, MT, AK
•   12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a)
•   Monday-Friday with 1 weekend per month (4 holidays annually)
•   An average of 30, 32, 36, or 40 hours per week options available for Full-Time
•   Respond immediately to consult requests received during a scheduled shift
•   Provide recommendations for assessment, treatment, and monitoring including prescribing medications within limits of applicable
•   Perform psychiatric hold evaluations in ED as needed
•   Utilization of the following EHRs Intelligent Routing, Meditech, Epic, Core
•   MindCare will assist in the cost to get licensed if Psychiatrist already has one compact licensure; we may request additional licenses as well
•   Psychiatrist will evaluate and treat patients referred for the assessment and treatment of neuropsychiatric conditions, behavioral health disorders, and comorbid conditions. Provide recommendations for assessment, treatment, and monitoring including prescribing medications within limits of applicable
•   MindCare utilizes productivity compensation models
•  Psychiatrist will be treating patients on an inpatient rounding unit
•   Medical, Dental, and Vision (FTE only)

•   Psychiatrist is required to be licensed in UT and/or ID, AK, MT
•   Board Certified or Eligible (within 1 year of residency completion) in Psychiatry
•   Valid and unrestricted DEA
