Details/Requirements:
Full-Time permanent placement
Schedule Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm hour shifts per week
Responsible for direct clinical care including assessments, medication management, medication administration, treatment planning and coordination of care for consumers with mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders .
