Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Clementine West Linn & Eating Disorder Center of Portland Portland, OR Monte Nido & Affiliates has been delivering treatment for eating disorders for over two decades. Our programs offer a model of treatment that blends medically sophisticated care with a personalized treatment approach. Our work is grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders. We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting. We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at our Clementine West Linn and Monte Nido Eating Disorder Center of Portland locations. Clementine West Linn provides the highest level of medical and psychiatric care outside of a hospital within the comfort of a home. Treatment is integrated with personalized clinical and nutritional care and comprehensive academic and family support. Always sensitive to the developmental needs of this younger population, our treatment is therapeutically grounded, incorporating state-of-the-art approaches, research, and outcome data. Woven into our culture is a philosophy of connection and teamwork with each adolescent's family, working to instill hope and trust and providing the tools needed to heal alongside their loved one. Monte Nido Eating Disorder Center of Portland, located in Portland, OR is a primary eating disorder day treatment program treating adults and adolescents for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Through partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming, clients participate in group and individual therapy, benefit from Monte Nido's clinical, medical, psychiatric and nutritional expertise and experience real life challenges. This is a flexible position, with rounds weekly (any day) and virtual evaluations of new admissions within 48 hours. The commitment is about 8-12 hours/week on site for our Clementine West Linn location. And then also 8-12 hours/week onsite for our Monte Nido Eating Disorder Center in Portland. Responsibilities Include: We now seek a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. Conduct initial Psychiatric evaluations. Meet weekly with patients for ongoing follow-up sessions. Maintain current and correct progress notes. Psychotropic medication management. Collaborate with the full treatment team as needed. Communicate with referring providers and family members as appropriate. Provide patient-specific input for Discharge Planning. Maintain compliance with all standards set by agencies with oversight of this facility, and practice within the scope of a PMHNP. Qualifications: Master's Degree in Advanced Practice Nursing on a PMHNP track, at minimum, from an accredited program. Board Certified by the ANCC as PMHNP. Current license as APRN or PCNS, or be license-eligible. Must hold or obtain CPR / BLS certificate prior to providing services. New graduates are welcome; experience is highly desired, and we consider clinical rotations and/or practicum to be clinical experience.
