Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Job Description Under the direction of the Medical Director of Behavioral Health Services, the Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner will assist attending Behavioral Health physicians in all aspects of psychiatric care. All work will be performed in close collaboration with attending physicians responsible for the patient. Qualifications Education & Training: Master's degree in Nursing, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with appropriate licensure and credentialing to practice under the supervision of a physician in the state of Maryland. Credentialing through the Maryland Nursing Board, we well as the health system, in the provision of advanced practice skills. Work Orientation & Experience: A minimum of two years of direct psychiatric experience.
