We seek a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time opportunity at our Port Orchard location in Washington. Clinicians can have a flexible onsite schedule and must live in Washington with a hybrid telehealth mix. Compensation: Full-time employees can earn $128,500 - $158,500 for fully licensed PMHNPs W-2 compensation model Requirements: Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners that can work independently in Washington Experience in a collaborative team environment Solid computer and basic technology skills Demonstrated history of professional growth and development Beneficial Skills & Experience: Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations Experience with children or adolescents Experience with a wide span of mental health populations Advantages: Flexible work schedule set your full-time hours Full-time and competitive salary with benefits No weekends or on-call Work/life balance with a hybrid model of care available W2 Health/Dental/Vision/401k with employer contribution (W2 model 30 hours or more) Additional advantages include longevity bonuses, student loan paydown plan, EAP services at no cost, professional development/CEUs About Peninsula Psychological Center Peninsula Psychological Center is a premier outpatient mental health clinic serving individuals in the Kitsap country and surrounding areas. This dedicated psychological center was founded in 1991 with multiple offices throughout Kitsap County. Our main office is centrally located in Silverdale, while other office locations include Port Orchard, Port Hadlock, and Poulsbo. We are committed to providing the community with professional, caring, and confidential therapy and psychiatric services. Here at Peninsula, we provide ADHD evaluations and have a division for educational consulting where we conduct assessments and consultations related to academic accommodations to support students with special needs. Our exceptional leadership team is led by our Director of Operations, who has over 30 years of experience in the mental health field and holds a PsyD and credentials as a mental health counselor, certified drug and alcohol counselor, and certified school psychologist. With a specialization in the evaluation and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder and the treatment of trauma, she also has several years of experience conducting psychological assessments and supervising our newly licensed clinicians.
