The Home Health Nurse has the responsibility, accountability, and authority for providing coordinated, comprehensive nursing care to patients in the home setting. Position: Registered Nurse RN - Home Care Shift: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm + 1 weekend per month Experience: 1. Two Years recent med-surg experience in an acute or long-term care setting, rehabilitation, home care, or hospice setting preferred. MUVE Specific Experience: 1. At Least 1 year of RN experience within a hospital, acute rehab, or home health setting required for MUVE Home Health position. Education: 1. RN Diploma, ASN required. 2. BSN preferred. Licensures/Certifications: 1. Current license to practice nursing in PA. 2. Valid Driver's license and automobile insurance. 3. Current CPR certification preferred. 4. Certification in specialty area of nursing preferred. Requirements: This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
