HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT Job Summary: Responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living Responsible for carrying through with delegated portions of the unit program Will help maintain an environment conducive to the patient's safety. Maintain a Safe Environment for Patient Record Keeping/Documentation. Collect data and document relevant data in a retrievable format. Maintenance of Environment Reports To: RN/Nurse Manager Supervises: None WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent Preferred Education: Vocational/Technical School Required Experience: No previous experience is required; PreferredExperience: 1+ years of job-related experience; certified C.N.A.
