Job Purpose

The PSP Warehouse and Transportation Operations Analyst position supports Honda's Powersports division by coordinating with Honda domestic warehouse partners to ensure the timeliness of product staging for carrier pick-up and adherence to established inventory management, SXS build out, returnable crate (HRCS) processes and schedules, and other logistics related activities. This is a support position of the daily warehouse operations team members and their related activities and includes multiple daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly report activities. This role requires interface with Honda warehouse partners, Honda Transportation coordinators, and related department management members. Associate will need to proactively and successfully interface with multiple warehouse and Honda staff on a variety of issues on a daily basis.



Key Accountabilities

  • Daily analysis of scheduling and necessary countermeasures to achieve goals. Weekly updates to warehouses providing goal status and gaps.
  • Run and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Report to management gaps and countermeasures.
  • Division Liaison for insurance claims resolution and issues, process lost/stolen and recovered vehicle reports and invoicing. Process claims and corrections within 60 days.
  • Support all Mod Hold all actions by maintaining VIN status updates, reporting, and resolutions.
  • ISD Liaison to resolve system and equipment issues, including software, hardware updates, printer refresh project, system testing for PSP side.
  • Create and maintain warehouse supply POs yearly to maintain operating supply availability, department staff training when needed, process crusher requests to remove inventory within 90-days.
  • Logistics: Address additional issues and logistics related inquiries from field staff, dealers, and other Honda departments as needed.



Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience
  • Must have knowledge of MS office with emphasis on Outlook and Excel
  • Prior experience with SAP is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with customer support or account management is preferred
  • General knowledge of warehouse operations is preferred
  • Strong communication skills including presentations, reporting, and customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
