Seeking an experienced Process Development Engineer to design, develop, optimize, and validate recombinant proteins and virus like particles purification methods for cGMP manufacturing. Responsibilities: Characterize biologics utilizing analytical methods such as ELISA, High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Sodium Dodecyl (lauryl) Sulfate - Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis, and similar. Utilize Lowry, BCA (Smith Assay), Bradford, or similar Protein Assays to measure concentration of proteins in solutions. Transfer and scale up processes to Manufacturing. Required: 4+ years of Process Development, Optimization, and Scale-up experience. Hands on knowledge of fermentation, cell culture, chromatography, and characterization techniques.
