•  Supporting Sales Associates across all stages of the sales process from initial prospecting efforts to the end of sales cycle (prospect transition to business as usual)
•  Ensuring proper sales data is recorded, tracked and updated on routine basis
•  Ability to streamline task driven processes to increase sales efficiency & effectiveness
•  Managing the sales process for new business opportunities including developing responses, planning for prospect meetings, organizing timeline and project deliverables.
•  Performing client data analysis to support the positioning of our products value in the sales process.
•  Handling multiple projects and prioritizing workload to ensure client/prospect needs are met
•  Quarterback internal processes with business partners such as Finance, Practice Management & Consulting, Investment Specialists, Business Acceptance Committee, etc. The Expertise and Skills You Bring

•  5+ years financial industry or sales process experience
•  Series 63 and 7 licenses Required within 90 days of hire
•  Strong knowledge of the RIA, brokerage, and wirehouse markets desired
•  Understanding of the industry, financial markets, and competitive influences
•  Minimal travel requirement ( The Team The Prospect Develop Specialist role is part of the Custody Sales organization within Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS). This role is focused on winning new business for the Core RIA Sales sub-segment, working within a region, across Sales leadership and the respective Sales Associates. Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS) provides a comprehensive clearing and custody platform, brokerage services, trading capabilities and practice management and consulting to registered investment advisors (RIAs), including strategic acquirers and professional asset managers, as well as retirement recordkeepers, broker-dealer firms, banks, and insurance companies. In addition to providing services to third-party institutions, the National Financial Services LLC (NFS) brokerage platform supports all the clearing and custody businesses at Fidelity, including Fidelity s retail, and capital markets businesses, bringing NFS assets under administration to $3.0 trillion. The base salary range for this position is $71,000-$120,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
