This position is primarily remote, with some in office meetings required in Colorado Springs, CO. JOB SUMMARY: As a Proposal Manager at Zivaro Inc., you will play a critical role in supporting both Federal and Commercial opportunities by leading the development of compelling, compliant, and successful proposals. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end proposal process, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals that meet client needs and objectives. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the entire proposal development lifecycle for both Federal and Commercial opportunities, from kickoff to submission
Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales teams, technical experts, and other stakeholders to gather information and develop proposal content
Develop proposal schedules, set milestones, and ensure adherence to deadlines
Review and edit proposal content for clarity, compliance, and alignment with client requirements
Coordinate proposal meetings, provide guidance to team members, and facilitate communication throughout the proposal process
Ensure that all proposal materials align with the request for proposal (RFP) instructions and address client needs effectively
Implement best practices and strategies to enhance proposal quality, competitiveness, and win rates
Maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and past performances for future reference
Participate in debrief sessions post-submission to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in proposal management in the Federal and Commercial sectors
Experience or familiarity with IDIQ vehicles like FCHS, OASIS, and SEWP strongly preferred
Cloud and software experience relating to critical DoD missions is desired
Strong understanding of government procurement processes, commercial proposal best practices, and compliance standards
Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality proposals on time
Proficiency in proposal development tools, software, and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working with proposal software such as Shipley or equivalent (preferred)
Ability to obtain and maintain any necessary security clearances
