Proposal Coordinator
HumanTouch is looking for a detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our Business Development team. The Proposal Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the proposal development process, ensuring the timely submission of high-quality proposals, and coordinating with various teams to gather necessary information. Responsibilities include:
• Managing all aspects of proposal coordination, including creating timelines and schedules for proposals, strategy, win themes, differentiators.
• Writing, editing, and proofreading proposal content to ensure clarity, compliance, and consistency with proposal objectives.
• Reviewing proposals for compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Coordinating the development of proposals with various departments within an organization, such as marketing, human resources, contracts, finance, solutions, and client delivery.
• Formatting and packaging proposals according to submission guidelines, ensuring a professional and polished final product.
• Coordinating and participating in proposal review meetings, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to enhance proposal quality.
• Creating, reviewing, and revising a proposal outline that will be used as a key document design and control medium to meet draft and final solicitation requirements.
• Develop storyboards and content plans.
• Develop and assess proposal content to ensure both compliance and responsiveness to the customer's issues and needs.
• Manage, coordinate, and facilitate the review team process for each proposal. Skills/Experience:
• Demonstrated experience researching for, writing, and editing proposals.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Understanding of the proposal development lifecycle.
• Experience managing multiple opportunities and timelines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Working knowledge of Federal Government contracting, contract types/vehicles and procurement processes, and sourcing tools like GovWin, eBuy, etc.
• Strong capability in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Advanced degree and/or certifications are a plus. Requirements:
• 2-3 years of demonstrated proposal development and coordination experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
