I. Job Summary Performs a variety of general manual labor tasks under direct supervision. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Familiarity and understanding of the current Membership Rules and Regulations of the Penn Warner Club (the Club Rules). Familiarity with the Penn Warner Club property. Perform regular patrols of the Penn Warner Club property by vehicle and on foot to identify violations of the Club Rules. Exercise independent judgment to contact WM management personnel and/or local police, fire, rescue, fish/wildlife as necessary and appropriate. Respond to member complaints, reports of violations, and provide general assistance to members as necessary. Issue written warnings and citations regarding violations of Club Rules. Knowledge of radio and telephone communication device(s) usage for member assistance. Preparation of written log of daily activities & completion of other routine reports related to Club operations. Preparation of verbal and written reports of incidents that may be requested by WM management and/or local law enforcement or safety agencies. Work in adverse weather conditions. Maintain a positive and professional image (friendly & helpful attitude). Strong verbal communication skills. Able to stand, walk or drive continuously for long periods of times. Day, evening, holiday, and weekend work mandatory III. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory duties. IV. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. A. Education and Experience Education: None required. Experience: No prior work experience required. B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements Licenses as required by Local, State, Federal, Environmental and/or Health/Safety Regulatory agencies. Must have a Driver's License C.
