We are hiring an experienced Property Manager for Parkview Place , a 127-unit affordablemulti-family community in Los Angeles, CA. Drawing inspiration from anadjacent high school and community recreation center, the design ofParkview Place offers a sustainable and efficient mix of one, two, andthree-bedroom apartments arranged across two structures thatencourages community and neighborhood integration. This community isslated to begin lease up in 2024 and will provide onsite casemanagement and supportive services to residents in permanentsupportive housing (PSH) units.

  • Regular schedules are Monday- Friday with flexible starting andend times.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning exciting resident activities to create a warm community environment
  • Supervising on-site maintenance staff and projects to preserve theproperty in a beautiful condition
  • Retaining resident files and conducting income certificationsaccording to program guidelines
  • Maintaining resident relations in compliance with Occupancy andFair Housing guidelines
  • Reviewing monthly financial reports and preparing annual budgets
  • Marketing and leasing vacancies to maintain a 100% occupancy rate
Experience and Skills: Location
  • High School diploma/GED required. College degree or equivalentcombination of education, training and work experience preferred.
  • Three (3) years' solid management experience in apartmentcommunity experience.
  • Experience with Section 8 and/or Tax Credit affordable housingprograms preferred but not required. We provide amazing training and mentorship.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills.
  • Warm, outgoing personality
  • Strong written and verbal skills
