Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the financial aspects of the property portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
2. Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effective operations.
3. Manage all property-related financial transactions, including rent collection, payment of bills, and financial negotiations with tenants and vendors.
4. Coordinate with insurance providers to ensure appropriate coverage for all properties.
5. Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition, identify necessary repairs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans for property acquisitions, disposals, and investments.
7. Provide financial advice and guidance to property owners and stakeholders.
8. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
10. Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on financial management.
3. Proven experience in purchasing, financial management, and insurance in the property sector.
4. Strong understanding of financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting.
5. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage financial transactions effectively.
6. Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
7. Proficiency in property management software and financial management systems.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
9. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed financial decisions.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
