Property Manager

This is NOT a remote position. Responsibilities: Assist General Manager and Marketing Manager with operational activities Help with documentation, scheduling, estimates, invoices, relationship management, etc. Assist techs on the job by providing supplies/tool or other resources needed Interface with all members of the team and customers/clients Use of multiple CRMs - customer data, payment follow ups, etc. Interaction with accounting and financial processes as needed Help develop and build operational efficiencies Attend networking events after hours Qualifications: Computer skills - picking up new software (not complex), email, excel, etc. Familiarity with service or construction business a plus Strong communication skills Comfortable with numbers and relaying dimensions, invoicing, etc. Deadline and detail-oriented MUST have a license and be willing to drive to job sites Company will cover gas and driving expenses incurred About PAC Homes LLC: PAC Homes is the reconstruction business with sister business All Dry Services of Chicago. All Dry is a water damage restoration and mold remediation company. It's a franchise business that is locally owned in Chicago - most work is in the city, but we travel to the suburbs sometimes as well.
