National nonprofit provider of high-quality accessible, affordable housing is seeking a Full-time experienced Property Caretaker - light maintenance for 2 apartment buildings in Duluth, MN (Haines Road and Junction Ave) for the general upkeep and maintenance.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Minor maintenance and cleaning.
- Apartment turns.
- Work order completion.
- Grounds maintenance, etc.
Qualifications:
- Must be available to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7a.m. and 6p.m.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- At least 18 months related work experience and professionalism a must.
