Property Accountant

Real Estate/Asset Management firm is looking to add a Property Accountant to their team in Orlando - reporting directly to the Accounting Manager.

Must Have Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

2+ years of experience in an Accounting role

Real estate or public accounting industry experience (must have experience with Commercial/Real Estate clients)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Review income, expense, deferred leasing and capital purchases for accurate coding and payment.

Maintain GAAP accrual general ledgers.

Prepare and process monthly journal entries.

Produce monthly financials and communicate concerns to the Accounting Manager
