Tyto is seeking several Project Systems Analysts for a newly awarded multi-year contract providing Cyberspace Support Services in support of the Air Force's 688th Cyberspace Wing (688 CW). Responsibilities: Support systematic and continuing assessment of USAF, DoD and CCMD cyberspace operations to evaluate extent to which policy objectives and strategic plans are achieved Provide analysis, definition, review, and validation of high-level cyberspace requirements as a key element of the national defense strategy. Provide expert guidance to 688CW mission teams to enable them to interpret data to align methods and techniques of data gathering Analyze deficiencies and provides recommendations to ensure adjustments are sufficient to attain/maintain mission readiness Develop planning products for cyber operations and associated training in furtherance of mission accomplishment Refine the development and maturing of operating concepts and interfaces designed to support the refinement, development, review, preparation, and coordination of cyberspace and mission assurance operations integration Roadmaps, Contingency Plans, and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) Interpret regulations and provide advice, assistance, and policy guidance to units on implementation of headquarters/gaining command's guidance Coordinate with NAF, MAJCOM and DoD partners integrating cyber disciplines into the warfighter operational missions Perform cyber weapon system analysis and assists in developing strategic mission essential tasks (METs) and concept of employment (CONEMPS) Support the mission assurance strategic integration development, coordination, and preparation of all staff tasking's and evaluate and modify 688 CW policies to ensure the mission assurance through Cyberspace concept is effective and in compliance with legal requirements as captured in Cyber Ops Planning products Identify ways and means to resource campaign requirements and to contribute to campaign objectives Use data to inform and set program priorities and identify policy challenges/opportunities Support guidelines to implement and/or clarify policy and mission objectives Analyze current 688 CW cyberspace policies and government regulations to develop new policies and plans or revise existing policies, plans, or programs to integrate weapon system capabilities and analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of problems of organization's policies and practices. Facilitate cyberspace program planning and operations to include IPTs and OPTs that require intensive collaboration across the DoD and CCMDs to support, review and recommend plans that serve as authoritative policy statements and provides parameters for subsequent real-time cyberspace operations activities conducted not only by 688 CW. Guide identification of operational requirements, and development and management of cyber operations activities and resources. Consult with and provide expert advice to government staff personnel on Cyberspace policy and program issues. Use technical expertise to guide collection and in-depth analysis of relevant data for inclusion in Cyber Ops Planning products. Make expert recommendations for redirection of program strategies and resources based upon DoD and CCMD feedback. Review higher headquarters messages on directed missions and works with subordinate teams and other agency cyberspace counterparts to determine requirements by assigned deadline. Provide expert advice and assistance to teams and units to resolve operational problems as prioritized. Provide expertise to A8 in guiding, tracking, and documenting project activities such as collaboration, operational support, engineering initiatives, integration of new tools, processes and capabilities, conducting of tests, and conformance to standards as provided in AF instructions, security implementation guides, or other pertinent directives to include, aiding in identifying opportunities to align capabilities reducing duplicative efforts and achieving efficiencies resource management. Conduct analysis of operational, conceptual, functional, and strategic support plans and recommend viable options to develop potential solutions or courses of actions necessary to implement these plans or actions. Provide research and analysis and assist in the creation databases to record and sustain the 688th Cyberspace Wing's technology baseline for equipment, hardware, software, and firmware. Collaborate requirements with stakeholders and ensure alignment with enterprise standardization strategy. Collaborate and oversee identification, documentation, tracking, and analysis of new and existing hardware, software, and/or firmware tools Provide specialized systems integration and design expertise to support the Government regarding establishing and evaluating capabilities of the NIPR, SIPR, JWICS and SAP capabilities/domains. Lead, advise, assist, and collaborate on activities of 688th Cyberspace Wing project teams as they identify and coordinate resolution of issues, including: project scheduling, fielding, training, manning and transition Support A8 in preparing for and interpreting results of DISA CCRI inspections. (i.e. CONEMPS, Operational Fielding Plans, Cyber Tasking Orders, Maintenance Task Orders, WARNORDs, EXORDS) Advise 688th Cyberspace Wing Staff in the consolidation, interpretation, and analysis of inspection results Participate in conferences, meeting, and symposiums as required and filing appropriate post-event reports (eg: Trip Report, AAR, etc.) Requirements: 5 or more years' experience in USAF Defensive Cyberspace Operations DoD 8570.01M IAM Level-2 Certification or higher. Minimum includes one active certification(s): CAP, CASP+CE, CISM, GSLC, CCISO, HSISPP, CISSP or CISSP.
