The job

The Facilities Project Planner contributes to the Workplace Services team success by providing outstanding customer service coordinating, and successfully overseeing Facilities responsibilities within, but not limited to, move and space management, warehousing, asset management and project management.

You will

  • Move Management: Manages all major & minor company moves including satellite offices. Plans, coordinates, and executes company moves as directed by working with department managers, vendors, contractors, and IT.
  • Space Programming/Tracking: Manage space design by utilizing the BlueBeam Revu and Office Space system.
  • Warehouse Inventory & Maintenance: Maintains and updates inventory lists for all warehouse locations, warehouse audits, warehouse clean-ups/organization.
  • Office Closures & Set-ups: Work collaboratively with management and Planner to set-up all necessary vendors, furniture, equipment, office supplies, mail/postal needs, utility services, etc
  • Furniture: Purchases, repairs, moves, disposal, deliveries, pick-ups, inventory, product/vendor detail specification list. Oversees SCAN furniture standards for all offices.
  • Asset Management: All Facilities company asset Input/labeling, tracking, disposal and audits.
  • Project/Event Planning & Coordination: Assist & support all company related projects and events.
  • Provide back-up support in all Facilities areas as needed.
  • Support the Department in the implementation of short and long-term projects that affect the overall organization.
  • Actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation and customer service.
  • Participate in the individual performance management program, and personal development planning.
  • Actively support the achievement of SCAN's Vision and Goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your qualifications

  • Required: Two years of college or equivalent experience, required.
  • A comparable combination of education/experience and/or training will be considered equivalent to the education listed above.
  • Minimum 3 years facilities and administrative office related experience.
