Project Manager with Security Clearance

Kwaan Tech is searching for a highly motivated and skilled project manager to support our customer with the Department of the Treasury Office of Intelligence Analysis. Core Duties include: Working with internal and external stakeholders to define the concept and create a process to move forward with OIA projects Setting and managing client expectations, developing detailed project plans, defining project scope, and identifying team members to specific tasks Coordinating internal resources and ensuring resource availability and allocation Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques Reporting and escalating issues and risks to management as needed Monitoring project progress and deadlines Remaining aware of project progress and performance Anticipating delays and planning for changes and expansion of project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle Evaluating project performance Identifying lessons learned Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation Performing risk management Travel Requirements 0 - 10% Salary Grade Job Requirements Minimum 3-5 years' experience Experience with developing and tracking plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocation, requirements Strong communication skills to engage senior and executive level stakeholders Experience working on Federal or Government projects requiring extensive external coordination Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility Highly Desired: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Desired: Certified Associate Project Management certification (CAPM) Desired experience working with SCIF construction Category Program / Project Management Location Washington, DC (Dept. of Treasury) - DC 20220 US (Primary) Education Bachelor's Degree
