Overview Unami is seeking to hire a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee, manage, and direct all aspects of field operations for government construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will coordinate site activities, supervise field personnel, maintain job site offices, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Responsibilities Project Management and Supervision: Coordinate and supervise all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications. Direct field personnel to achieve project milestones and quality workmanship. Maintain construction schedules, identify and resolve problems, and schedule inspections as necessary. Oversee the ordering of materials and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Safety and Quality Assurance: Manage and enforce construction site safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Promote and uphold quality control regulations, ensuring adherence to company standards and industry best practices. Conduct regular safety meetings and address job site hazards promptly. Client and Stakeholder Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate effectively with superintendents, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet designated quality, timelines, and budgets. Conduct regular meetings with project managers to review progress and address any issues. Administrative Duties: Prepare schedules and supervise the completion of final punch lists. Ensure all reports and records are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner. Assist with project management duties as required, including budget management and resource allocation. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, with a concentration in construction management or engineering. Proven experience in managing multiple construction projects, with strong knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations. Previous management experience is a plus. Certifications in OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR are required. Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential. Ability to maintain records, prepare reports, and conduct correspondence related to work. Personal Profile: Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with excellent attention to detail.
