14th May, 2024 Role: Project Manager.
Location: Port Orange, FL. Job Description: Responsible for the management of a large program producing configured desktop and laptop computers for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This person will work closely with the site operations manager and oversee the quality assurance operations of the production line. Government Agency: Department of Veterans Affairs.
Clearance: Public Trust is required. Contract period of performance: July 7, 2023 - July 6, 2028. Travel: Minimal. Requirements: Certifications:
•Certified Project Management Professional certification is preferred but not required. Qualifications:
•Self-motivated and strong team player is a must.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•8 years of relevant technology or business experience (federal government experience is preferred).
•Knowledge of information technology and solutions (software, hardware, etc.).
•Experience with federal government contracting and contract performance.
•Proven detailed organizational and administration skills.
•Skilled in using Microsoft Projects or other project management/control software.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field of technology or business.
•Ability to obtain and/or maintain Federal Government Public Trust clearance required. Technical Skills:
•Ability to review and analyze project requirements, create, manage, and report the status of projects, report project performance against plans, create solutions, conduct assessments, and able to effectively communicate.
•Manage an IT software and hardware configuration production line.
•Knowledgeable of supply chains and supply chain management.
•Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Visio, Project), service desk operations, networking structures, databases, service delivery lifecycle, etc.

•Ability to learn new automated tools. Responsibilities:
Will set deadlines, work with managers to ensure responsibilities are properly allocated and assigned, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects. Lead tasks with moderate or high levels of complexity and a moderate to high-risk factor. Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and performs a variety of tasks. Will direct the work of others. The individual shall have outstanding oral and written communication capabilities. Other duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Lead meetings with government representatives to provide project status.
•Assist or prepare the preparation of project reports and contract deliverables.
•Act as project team security onboarding liaison to the Veterans Administration.
•Plan workflow and the necessary documentation.
•Support contracts in preparing and distributing Subcontract Agreements, Purchase Orders, Non-disclosure Agreements, and Teaming Agreements.

•Assist in responding to Requests for Proposals, Requests for Information, and market surveys.
•Create and update records of contacts, accounts, and orders. Apply For Job
