Project Manager with Security Clearance

Amentum is seeking a Project Manager in Annapolis Junction, Maryland to manage and oversee all aspects of their project to ensure successful completion of each project. Essential Duties include but are not limited to: - Coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope
- Generate Project Execution Plans and ensure compliance
- Activity and resource planning
- Subcontractor buy out
- Manage subcontractor performance and progress against the project plan
- Change control to include preparation of change requests, review of subcontractor change requests, and negotiation with client and/or subcontractors
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Project monitoring to include reports, cost & schedule forecasting, and reports
- Analyze and manage project risk including both safety, project completion issues, and budget issues
- May participate in proposals for capture of new work
- Reports to the Program Manager
- Typical physical demands or activities may include standing, bending, stooping, pushing, kneeling, reaching and walking Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. citizen and possess or able to obtain a TS/SCI with poly
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent
- Must have 12 years of relative project management experience Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required
- OSHA 30
