Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all team members, working closely with the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager
- Oversee all aspects of projects, from inception to completion; including ordering materials, coordinating with estimators during preconstruction, and ensuring the timely and on budget execution of tasks
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges during both the estimation phase and project execution, ensuring smooth progress and timely resolution of any obstacles encountered
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering positive relationships and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have throughout the project lifecycle
- Remains informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure projects are executed using the most efficient and effective methods available
- Cultivates and maintains relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and equipment
- Utilizes specialized knowledge of high-performance coatings to recommend appropriate products and application techniques for specific project requirements
- Balance time between office-based tasks, such as administrative duties and project planning, and field-based responsibilities, including on-site supervision and management of project activities
Qualifications:
Required
- 3-5 years of experience managing water/wastewater projects
Preferred
- Estimation experience
- Familiarity with high-performance coatings
- Field experience, physically working on water/wastewater projects
Desired
- Previous experience overseeing the operations of water/wastewater facility
