Job Description:
Role Overview: The Project Manager oversees the end-to-end execution of structural steel construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards while fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate internal teams and external contractors.
- Monitor progress and mitigate risks.
Client and Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and address concerns promptly.
Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven project management experience in structural steel construction.
- Strong knowledge of structural steel materials and processes.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Structural Steel Estimating and/or Sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
