The Joint, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Interagency Division (JOID) provides expert support services to a range of customers spanning across the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian, and international markets. JOID provides a diverse portfolio of analytical and programmatic capabilities to help our customers make informed decisions on their most challenging issues. The Industry and Security Analysis Group (ISAG) provides analytical and consulting to promote, grow, and protect the U.S. industrial base by delivering critical decision support to national security leaders. Our team informs policy decisions, enables execution of comprehensive strategies, and monitors and reports on the effectiveness of policy implementation to support the U.S. Government's priorities of ensuring a resilient industrial base for strengthening national security SPA has a near-term need for a Technical Project Manager for full-time, onsite support at the Pentagon or the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. Responsibilities The candidate will lead a team supporting CHIPS Coordination Cell (C3) program investments to secure U.S. domestic microelectronics innovation and supply, as well as developing a strong foundation for the next generation of microelectronics technology. Will serve as the primary leadership point-of-contact for Contractor support allocated to the contract, direct hiring and assignment of contract personnel, and oversee the accomplishment of the tasks. Provide project management, task management, and quality management for SPA products on behalf of the project team. Assist C3 leadership in setting goals and defining the conditions for multiple projects, including expectations, metrics and outcomes. Support the design, development, and execution of analytic products, development of charts, graphs, and written and technical reports to support government policy decisions. Oversee project-related research on emerging technologies, industries, and supply chains. Lead activity team meetings and meetings with the sponsor agencies and project stakeholders, and oversee preparation of related correspondence, technical reports, presentations, briefings, and other documentation. Qualifications Required Qualifications: 12+ years of experience, to include Program/Project Management Bachelor's degree Ability to respond quickly and flexibly to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment; prioritize and de-conflict tasks and effectively execute the SOW requirements Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) Desired Qualifications: Corporate knowledge and background on national defense industrial base (DIB) and policy issues Master's degree in a related field Project Management Professional certification (or similar) Experience involving trade and export control policies Understanding of Supply Chain Risk Management
