Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management/Program Manager: Involve in multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- NPI Leadership: New Product Introduction process from concept to market launch, coordinating with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Keynote Presentations: Develop and deliver high-impact Keynote presentations to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and partners.
Experience: - Minimum of 10 plus years of experience in program management.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
- Expertise in creating and delivering Keynote presentations.
Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
