Project Manager/Missile Technical Specialist with Security Clearance

Torch Technologies Inc. is looking for a self-motivated Project Manager/Missile Technical Specialist who will work under close direction with the Missile Systems Management Branch (MSMB) Team to perform a vast array of technical duties for the HAWK program; collaborating between internal departments, OEM, and MCAAP conducting inventory control management. The Air Missile Defense Project Manager will work under close direction with the Non-Standard Missile Systems Division (NSMSD) Division Chief, and MSMB, to perform a vast array of Technical duties related to Air Missile Defense systems for the HAWK BPC program, to include project planning/analysis, program development, execution, financial, and contracts. The individual will provide recommendations to complex problems related to program management. The individual will research material for country briefings, as well as preparing reports and memorandums. He/she will perform some or all of the following functions: requirements generation; technology development initiatives; training, technical data packages; analyze Air Missile Defense requirements procurement of systems or components from, and assist management of, supplier firms; testing; validation; and administration. He/she will work on other projects as assigned and will secure information by completing data base backups. Will provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems. He/she should demonstrate significant knowledge on utilization of Microsoft Office Products. Air Missile Defense related experience required (i.e HAWK, Patriot). Candidate may travel CONUS and OCONUS in support of the HAWK program. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years Project Management experience.
