Project Manager - Land Development (Lakeland) Department: Civil/Municipal Employment Type: Full Time Location: Lakeland, FL Description CPH is a multi-disciplined Engineering and Architectural design firm that ranks in the nation's Top 500 Design Firms by ENR Magazine. CPH has an opening in our Lakeland office location for the following position. Hiring Bonus of $5,000 for selected candidate. Project Manager - Land Development CPH is seeking a full-time Project Manager with strong organizational, supervision and technical skills to manage all facets of land development projects including business development, client management, project management, presentations, conceptual design, construction documents, and construction administration Duties Include Assist senior staff with evolving and executing office and company growth plan Proposal / contract preparation Manage contract budgets Manage design and administrative staff to support land development projects Coordinate with fellow CPH staff across a variety of professional services that CPH provides including Surveying, Environmental, Geotechnical, Structural, Civil, Traffic, Transportation, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, MEP and Construction Administration, etc. Successfully manage and deliver work tasks on time Requirements Have at least 5 years experience in the development industry, including but not limited to A/E, civil, development, and/or construction fields. Have record of managing multiple design professionals, projects and disciplines Have a proven management process/style Be willing to mentor and teach younger staff Compensation & Benefits
