Project Manager, Kohler Services Menomonee Falls Work Mode: Onsite Location: Onsite at Menomonee Falls, WI Opportunity The Project Manager is responsible for continuity of flow of all projects with a focus around the consistent management of product ordering, availability, and project completion. This position will be responsible for all ordering of product, tracking of product shipments, managing financial impacts of product orders, manage all change orders, and clear communication between staff members ensuring customers are scheduled appropriately and effectively. Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing safety stock levels of product inventory, and the use of internal and external customer surveys. All this, while always maintaining clear protection of the KOHLER Brand. Specific Responsibilities Oversees each project's customer journey from inception to completion within the Kohler Services business, serving as the decisive resource for design consultants, office, and installation teams. Conducts weekly production meetings to ensure projects are on time and within the expected scope of work based on product availability and customer payments. Handles all SAP ERP system transactions related to customer order input and recording of financial transactions. Processes change orders and communicate all major modifications to projects both pre- and post-construction via CRM and verbal contact with warehouse and operations team. Updates information efficiently and accurately in all established systems, both manual and electronic. Assigns, schedules, and monitors service completions with Operations Managers' input, updating in CRM upon completion. Recognizes revenue/sales via removing billing blocks and ensuring jobs are closed out in SAP Identifies and communicates issues throughout the project management process, driving corrective action and recommending process improvements. Manage new customer orders and recognized sales, ensuring reporting is accurate and timely Communicate with ops manager on best supply chain practices, recommending improvements, understanding hold ups Holds quarterly meetings to forecast and update necessary product safety stock levels working closely with warehouse management and operations teams Manages Guild Quality Survey release and tracking of scores to ensure top customer satisfaction is being met and adjusts communications processes as needed Manages PulseM and Quild Quality utilization Skills/Requirements Bachelor's degree Five years of experience managing projects is required. Experience in the Building or Home Improvement Industry is preferred, but not required. Proven leadership attributes and the demonstrated ability to set clear objectives and to drive results in a cross functional environment are required. Travel Approximately 0-5%. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range for this position is $66,300 - $83,500. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
