Project Manager Integrator

Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager

Manage all of the paperwork and different departments through the entire project

Integrator who prepares estimates for all pieces and components, working with the team on labor needs and third-party vendor management.

Compile all of the quote/bid numbers together

Track and maintain budget, maintain design and build schedules, and are the customer facing day-to-day contact for the projects.

Responsibilities

• Works in conjunction with client to ensure successful show from order to completion

• Attend client bid sessions

• Interface with client on initial design specifications for bidding

• Prepare and submit project bids to clients

• Prepare Bill of Materials and work with Purchasing to acquire Bill of Materials at best pricing

• Works with purchasing and asset management on available substitutions, and works with inventory staff to utilize all existing materials before purchasing

• Coordinate with Drafting to approve all technical drawings and obtain client approvals

• Works with fabrication and operations to ensure projects are complete and accurate before shipping

• Liaison between client and operations personnel

• Track and report on all projects costs against budgets; and take necessary actions to keep all projects on budget

• Coordinate load ins, and attend load ins, as needed, to ensure smooth transition of scenery into venues

• Able to work flexible schedules, travel and holidays

• Positive and "get it done" approach to project management

• Ability to work with and achieve results with a variety of personalities and skill sets

• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to anticipate and avoid barriers to success

Requirements

Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office

Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills

Familiarity with project management software

Associates degree or relevant experience

Understands arch-entertainment and immersive experiences
