Project Manager

The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm we and are currently seeking a Project Manager II and Project Manager III for a prominent client of ours. This position is in Worcester, MA . Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

PM II: $77 - $82/hour

PM III: $105 - $112/hour

This is a Quality Engineer or Technical Project Manager.

Establish a project management office and support workshops to map our quality processes to find efficiencies under the leadership of Directors.

Working with resource models, production plans and activity tracking, and process mapping of things like our change management process or documentation change management process, new product introduction process working with the manufacturing and engineering teams.

Qualifications:

PM II: 2+ years of experience as a project manager, working in manufacturing, quality, or manufacturing to support functions within the pharmaceutical industry.

PM III: 5+ years of experience as a project manager, working in manufacturing, quality, or manufacturing to support functions within the pharmaceutical industry.

Bachelor's degree in science or engineering

Familiar with an operations site and able to align stakeholders on different small projects.

Understanding of change management

Technical and operations procedures related to batch records, investigations, CAPA systems.
