What You'll Do in This Role to Add ValueLandmark Builders is seeking a full time, highly experienced
Project Manager for its commercial New Construction Division in the
Winston-Salem, NC office.
Responsibilities:- Develop, understand, and maintain project budgets and schedules.
- Fully develop and manage plans for commercial construction of complex, fast-tracked, and/or multi-phased projects
- Create and execute project construction schedules.
- Work with construction partners to buyout and prepare all purchase orders and subcontractor agreements.
- Secure and obtain all permits, approvals, and project utilities.
- Fully engage and lead all meetings required with operations staff, owners, architects, designers and subcontractors
- Maintain quality control and safety standards.
- Manage timely and seamlessly material acquisitions and deliveries.
- Manage commercial client expectations and innately be a fair construction partner.
- Quick study of procedures and changes and able to implement accordingly.
Requirements:- BA/BS Degree
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction as a Project Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused.
