Full Time, Temp to Hire, Mon - Fri, 7:30am to 4:00pm

$42,000.00- $60,000.00 DOE

Project Manager Roles & Responsibilities:
Creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
Enhance the skills of your team by creating paths for them to learn, grow and improve
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Theorize solutions both when problems arise and proactively, set the team in motion for issue resolution
Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
Communicating with Production Director to keep the project aligned with their goals
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change

Project Manager Skills & Qualifications:
The ability to simultaneously focus on multiple segments and aspects of projects and production
Extremely Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills. Success is not possible to be achieved in this role without being organized.

Effective communicational, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication Interpersonal skills

The ability to delegate effectively
Organizational and Time management skills
Strong computer use/knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (word, excel)
Understanding assembly drawings and bill of materials (BOM)

Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
