5 CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

5.1 SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks:

5.1.1 Ensure the Project Manager perform the following:

(phone number removed) Interact with the Department's team to address issues as directed by the Department.

(phone number removed) Coordinate with Department's personnel to develop processes, procedures, and materials as directed by the Department.

(phone number removed) Create and update as necessary a standard operation procedures handbook and/or other systems as directed by Department.

(phone number removed) Compile weekly reports and submit to the Department as directed.

(phone number removed) Oversee assigned projects timeline to ensure all deadlines are met as directed by Department.

(phone number removed) Develop any mandated and ad hoc reports as requested by Department.

(phone number removed) Conduct inquiries via phone call utilizing the Department's Questionnaire as directed.

(phone number removed) Review, approve and forward Warning Letters as necessary to the Department as directed.

(phone number removed) Review, approve and forward Notice of Violation letters to the Department as directed.

(phone number removed) Hold weekly meetings with the Department to check on status of pending cases, Warning Letters and Notice of Violations as directed.

(phone number removed) Conduct follow-up communication activities as needed.

(phone number removed) Conduct research online for potential violations as directed by the Department.

Telework may be considered as long as the Project Manager resides within Leon County or immediate surrounding counties within the State of Florida. Adhere to the Department's published state vacation schedule. Additional after-hours and weekend work may be required. Requests for time off or schedule variance must be approved by the Department per established process. Requests for time off more than 40 hours at a time may be denied
