Project Manager

Minimum Qualifications of Candidate:

The Consultant must be a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI).

The Consultant must work independently on concurring PALM assigned tasks.

The Consultant must have good communication and organization skills.

The Consultant must be able to follow the Department's processes and procedures related to the PALM project.

The Consultant must have the following skill set to perform the tasks assigned:

Maintain current project management skills.

Demonstrate a working understanding of Oversight Project Management responsibilities.

Possess strong business analytical skills.

Exhibit extensive knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques.

The Consultant must be capable of fulfilling the dual role of Project Manager and Business Analyst.

The Consultant must effectively manage medium to complex cross-functional tasks between Information Technology (IT) and Business units.
