Job Title Senior Mammography Data Curation Expert

Qualification:
10+ years experience as mammography technologist in MQSA certified facility
Bachelor s degree desired
Working knowledge of DICOM
Understanding of mammography image quality
Expert knowledge of clinical data management principles and GCPs
Proficiency over Excel
Familiarity with SQL database is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems infrastructure is a plus
Ability to zero in on fine detail as well as take a step back to understand big picture

Duties and Responsibilities:
" Annotate mammographic images by reviewing associated radiology and pathology reports
" Work with data collection team for quality control and completeness of image data
" Provide feedback on data collection SOPs
" Work with data science and AI model development teams for iterative validation processes for accurately labelled data
" Write SOP related to data curation and annotation
" Work with consultant radiologists for data preparation for complex annotation projects
