Overview Kimley-Horn has an opportunity for a motivated Project Manager to join our Planning team in Raleigh, North Carolina. Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Lead and supervise a team of professionals Facilitate communication and collaboration with clients, government agencies, landowners, and other relevant stakeholders. Ensure that the project adheres to zoning regulations, environmental laws, and other legal requirements. Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial resources effectively. Identify potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them. Ensure that the project is executed with a high level of quality and meets the client's expectations. Provide regular project updates, status reports, and progress assessments to stakeholders. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in planning and project management Registered American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) Preferred Provide high quality deliverables with exceptional client service A desire to lead and grow a planning practice Business development and marketing experience including; writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for projected work.
