We are on the hunt for an experienced and dedicated Permanent Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Managing and overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Developing comprehensive project plans and coordinating with team members and other professionals, such as architects and engineers, to ensure all parties are on track.
3. Preparing and submitting budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
4. Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
5. Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that could impact the project's timeline or budget.
6. Managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear communication and resolution of any issues.
7. Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure high standards are consistently met.
8. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Project Manager position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
3. Proven experience in managing budgets and controlling project costs.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality control practices.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
7. Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
8. PMP or equivalent certification would be a plus.
