Healthcare Project Manager

Position Description :

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, possess exceptional leadership skills, and excel in communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of complex projects, including managing project teams, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage vendor applications projects: Lead and coordinate the implementation of vendor applications projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
2. Oversee large complex projects: Take ownership of managing all aspects of large and complex projects, from initiation to closure, with project teams consisting of 10 or more members. Drive project success by establishing clear objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
3. Budget management: Manage large OPEX and Capital project budgets, including budget planning, tracking expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
4. Proficiency in MS Project: Utilize MS Project or similar project management tools to develop project plans, track progress, manage resources, and communicate project status effectively to stakeholders.
5. Present project status to senior leadership: Prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports and presentations to senior leadership teams, providing updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
6. Professional communication: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, maintaining a professional demeanor while engaging with team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
7. Energetic leadership: Inspire and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP Certification
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Senior Project Manager role, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Experience managing vendor applications projects is essential.
• Strong proficiency in MS Project or similar project management tools.
• Demonstrated experience managing large project teams of 10 or more members.
• Experience managing large OPEX and Capital project budgets.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate project status and strategies to senior leadership teams.
• Well spoken, professional, and energetic demeanor.

Healthcare experience also preferred but not required.
